The primary purpose for my visit was to get assistance in opening the charm pendant my husband got me for Christmas and to put the charms in it. I also have a Pandora bracelet that I wear during Christmas and one of the charms was stuck and would not move. The sales associate was able to dislodge the charm for me. She also told me I needed to get clips on the bracelet so charms wouldn’t get stuck. The sales associate also put my petite charm in the floating pendant for me. We then looked at charms suitable for the new granddaughter I’m expecting. I was quite pleased when I left the store.

I received this Luminous Ice gift set as a birthday present from my beloved. He has a hard time selecting jewelry. He shared his experience with me. He told me about how helpful the staff was with helping find the right piece for my birthday. He was happy to receive so much help in putting the pieces together. I visited this store to find the perfect birthday gift for my mom. The two ladies there helped me out in assisting me and making sure I could make this nice as possible. My budget was 250-300, they helped in choosing the right charms that would describe her and that were more sentimental. One of the Sales person names was Angela G. These ladies were awesome and I had a fun girly experience picking out the charms. They also threw in 2 free promo items, which was very nice. I will be back and will recommend others to go visit as well. My mother loved her gift. Thanks!
