The store clerk gave me a warm welcome when I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. My overall experience was great this was a first time visit.

Today was Valentines day and it was slammed in the store. When I walked in I was immediately put on a list and only had to wait about 5-8 min to see an associate. Even though it was super busy Angela took her time and didnt make me feel rushed at all. This was my very first experience with Pandora and was able to purchase my first bracelet and 2 charms. I was "welcomed to the family" and made to feel so special. I will most definitely be back.

I had to make an exchange and store was extremely busy, however the wait time was short. Patricia was extremely nice and helpful. She made this visit pleasant!

The store manager was very knowledgeable about the charms and bracelets. My questions were answered and I was given advice on purchasing items. Very friendly and helpful to my husband and myself.

I was satisfied with the overall service of my visit. It was very fast service being that the store was busy during the holiday rush. It was my first visit and the store was very clean and elegantly designed to move about and view all the store items.

Welcoming when you entered the store sales were great and the variety was good

The sales manager greeted me immediately. She provided great service and assisted me in locating the gift that I had seen online. She even found a plastic bag for me since it was raining outside and I did not want my Pandora gift bag to get wet. Bravo!

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by three different employees. They listened to what I was looking for and made three options. All were exactly what I wanted. My salesperson was very professional and friendly at the same time.
