Our salesperson, Victoria, was so friendly and helpful. She gave me some great ideas on how to put a bracelet together and was so patient as I looked at a bunch of charms. It is my first bracelet so she also gave me instructions on how the different bracelets work, the different types of charms and tools.

I went into the Pandora store because of an item I saw online. I called the store prior to going in to see if the item was in stock. The sales associate that I spoke with was Donna B. she was very help full on the phone as well as when I went into the store. She made my first in store purchase very pleasant. I will be returning to the Pandora store soon in the near future.

Salesperson: Lafaye was very in tune with where each of the charms I was asking for or questioned her about. She even made a few suggestions to help me get what I wanted but those charms/dangles were NO longer saleable in this store. (Which was not her fault)
