overall it was a very nice and friendly store. it was very clean and overall amazing customer service. as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was given care immediately. overall I will definitely will be going back to buy from this store once again

Most of the questions did not apply to me since I was only purchasing a gift card. Perhaps a N/A column needs to be added to the survey. I really didn't look at other merchandise, although the clerk offered me earrings,etc. It was a pleasant experience and the clerk was quite friendly. We had a bit of problem with my credit card, but it was due to the store machine. I come to this store location often for gift cards for a friend.

The person that helped me was very nice. She helped me with my ring sizing. The ring I chose was beautiful, and the pricing was amazing.
