My sales associate Donna was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me build the bracelet, made suggestions and I never felt “pressure” to buy. I love the charm choices you all offer.

Very friendly associates you were patient while I "played" around with different bracelet options. Helped me pick out charms to go with the "main" charm I picked out. Joyce did not make feel rushed even though I know I took up a lot of her time.

I had never been to a pandora store just knew I wanted a pandora bracelet. This associate was super friendly. Took her time and showed me a variety of everything while helping me get what I needed.
