I love how Donna B multitasked with customers in order to make you feel welcomed as we entered the store. She also helped me pick out some awesome charms for my mom.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. She made me feel like I was important and so was my business. She became readily available for assistance as soon as I walked into the store.

Sales associate assisted me in adding a charm to my bracelet. She then showed me exactly the piece I wished to purchase. Associate remained friendly and helpful during entire transaction.
