I stopped at the store while on a shopping excursion to have my bracelet cleaned. I then inquired about additional charms to add to my bracelet. My bracelet is a tribute to a deceased loved one and each charm has a special meaning.

The salesperson was honest and friendly. The environment was clean, particularly the glass housing the charms. The store was easy to locate.
