The sales rep Larhonda B was very knowledgeable on the merchandise. I checked out the other associates bracelets and this is how I decided who I wanted to wait on me. Her bracelet was the BEST!!! She assisted in picking a nice set of charms to go with bracelets that I already have purchased in the past. The experience was great. I usually order online but I will go to the store from now on for the face-to-face encounter with the wonderful associates. Larhonda was AWESOME but all the associates were nice. It was busy and people were everywhere but it was still a great visit....

The selection was unbelievable, I never knew that there were so many different styles and creations to choose from. My sales associate Whitney was helpful, patient, and took her time helping me make sure that I got the perfect themed charm for my loved one.
