My exchange was easy. And I talk with Donna Assistant Manager about a bracelet my daughter just bought in December. That it keeps opening, she actually thought she had lost it. This was the the second time that it came open. I bought her a safety charm. She has exchanged it once. But it still keeps coming open. She tried to exchange it bout another sales person said she could not cause she had worn it. But I talk with Donna and she said for her to bring it back for her to look at it if it does it again. If she finds that the bracelet is faulty. She can get a different one.

The sales associate, Donna Beckman, was kind and very knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect anniversary gift. The gift was tastefully wrapped for free. The store was bright, elegant, and perfectly clean.
