Your store employees are all outstanding and helpful. Your challenge is with your product. I have four full bracelets and alot of other Pandora jewelry so consider myself a veteran. Your current designs are disappointing (i.e., not inspiring) and seem to be disjointed. Gone are the wonderful colorful choices with only a few remaining but not a great selection. I miss the pave colorful choices so have reduced my purchases over time because of that. Please bring back the color choices and provide more of them to enable color themed bracelets. Your color choices do not even correlate well to each other. Big fan overall, but not of your current charm choices.

Every time I visit this pandora location... which I do often. The ladies there are extremely nice and I always feel welcome when I go there. The associate Angela R is always very helpful and I enjoy seeing her on my trips there. I Will continue to visit this store regularly.

When I came in I was greeted promptly. Ms. Angela checked on me and stayed with me throughout the experience. She was knowledgeable. This was my first experience. She told me about the best deal and was patient.

Both sales people were friendly and attentive. The person working with me was willing to show me several things, and helped me make up my mind about my purchase.

The wife and zi really enjoy coming here because the staff are super nice, they know us by name and always greet us by or names. THAT is very impressive considering they see hundreds of people per day. We just love the feeling of love and joy we both still get when we come here. Like the very first time we came together as a couple, we still feel that energy 5 years later. Thanks PANDORA for being something special to us.
