The sales associate helping me did not know what the deal going on was for Black Friday. She wasted two hours of my time to let me know at checkout that what I was purchasing was not a part of the deal, then she removed herself from the situation while two other people tried to cover her mistake. She did not apologize either. The people helping her resolve her mistake also did not know what the deal was until the manager finally helped me with my purchase.

Shaveta was the sales lead person, and she was unfriendly and rude to me. I was looking at the Star Wars collection and telling her I had a problem with the charms turning. She said to me, "I never buy the gold ones." She said it in a mean tone that I am not used to hearing in the Pandora store. Then she literally just walked off and left me with a different salesperson. I have purchased over $10,000 in Pandora jewelry, and never been treated like I was treated that day. Perhaps she could benefit from some training in dealing with the type of ladies who frequent the store??? I am not sure as to why she was so mean to me. I tried to do an exchange the next day, and she accused me of lying about my Star Wars bracelet, when she had literally talked to me a few days before. It was so disrespectful and uncharacteristic to my typical experience in the Pandora. She walked away to leave me with a sales associate who she had also been mean to while I was in the store. Not only was she unprofessional with me; she was unprofessional and rude to her subordinates. No one in the store was smiling. It was an all around unpleasant shopping experience for the first time ever at a Pandora store.

Caitilynn was very rude she slides the ring I wanted to see across the glass instead of handing it to me. Me and my children were there my oldest wanted to buy me a gift for Mother’s Day. The rep made me feel as if she wasn’t interest in helping me and I felt rushed to make a choice. I’m extremely disappointed in the visit

Came to purchase a birthday gift. Also had a problem with my bracelet couldn’t fit it and husband have been buying me charms once a month which I think it’s pointless if I can’t put the bracelet on. The lady would not exchange it, called the person who paid for it they told me to bring it back to them. when I went to put it in the box the lady laughed, I asked her what was funny and she said she didn’t notice she was laughing. asked could I have another sales person check me out, she went and got another a new sales lady but stood right there on the side of her and was helping her bag my stuff up, I felt even more uncomfortable because I didn’t wanna deal with her anymore, she was very unprofessional I believe she should’ve just walked away. Even though I couldn’t wear my stuff, I still went ahead and purchased a gift for someone else and I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable doing that. Especially when she had my information and noticed that I was a continuously customer.
