The associate was extremely helpful and she was personable. She helped with suggesting a smaller bracelet because it was three fingers too big.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to help me pick something I wanted and liked, they didn’t just rush me through the selection process. They commented on some of my exclusive charms and took the time to balance my charms on the new bracelet.

Tara was very attentive to me even though she was training. She helped me pick out a new charm that would go perfect with my bracelet and offered to order the charm that was not in stock! She held a great conversation with me and assured me that my experience and purchase was well worth it!
