First I would like to say the manager at 16th and Walnut is the best. I got a reflections bracelet from my husband for our 20 year wedding anniversary in October 2018. Since I got the bracelet I have had to take it back to the store about 6 times to have it repaired. ( So very unhappy) I even wrote up an complaint and no one responded. Anyway I took it back to the store again not only did the manage r remember me( greeted me with a smile) she exchanged my bracelet for a bangle. I and my husband is an avid shopper of Pandora but the quality of the reflections bracelet is horrible.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because I was immediately greeted upon entering and asked whether I was looking for anything specific. The sales person I was discussing with was very patient and friendly. I was informed of changes Pandora was making. When I was not yet finished purchasing, I was shown retired Pandora charms as well as given a ring bowl.

I came in and was greeted as soon as I walk through the doors. Vanessa was very helpful with helping my decide what I wanted to buy. She also gave me suggestions and tips for my themed bracelets that I am starting. She was so sweet and conversation with her was enjoyable. I’m actually on my way to pandora right now and I’m hoping she’s there today!
