My visit to the pandora store was a visit I am all to familiar with. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this store, and with every experience I was well pleased. I would definitely recommend people to shop at this location and that is 16th & Walnut st.

Andy the manager was knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. I didn't have a favorable experience at the King of Prussia store! Andy exchanged my bracelet without a problem and was very courteous in the process. I also experienced outstanding service from Terese when I visited this store in November.

I Love Pandora. They Really Have The Best Charms Ever. The prices Are Not Bad At All. Also they have charms for kids that I love.

I got my charms and bracelets cleaned. there were alot! I got the necklace I always wanted, and a new bracelet for all of my extra charms!

The staff is always friendly and the store is always well stocked with merchandise.
