Staff was very nice and helpful. She retrieved an item I wanted off the display which required extra work. After ever customer the staff sanitize the area used.

I was having a bad day, but my visit to the Pandora store on 16th and Walnut in Philadelphia was the best customer service experience I had in a long time. Everyone was just as helpful as Sheree.
