The sales associate was excellent and she was also the store manager very friendly and knew the merchandise

The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile when we walked in. My sale associate was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with, I went in just to purchase a charm for my daughter and ended up purchasing six I believe..lol I can’t thank her enough because I daughter is a first time pandorian (lol) and is simply 😍 in love with her pandora bracelet.

I really missed this store while they were closed due to the pandemic. This was the first time i had been in. The staff displayed the same professional and knowledgable demeanor. They really made e feel appreciated.

The sales associate made sure l find everything l was looking for she also showed me multiple looks where you will be able to switch it up she was so pleasant.

Customer service was excellent and I felt comfortable and enjoyed myself and plan on coming back real soon

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness in the store during a pandemic. I Also was very satisfied with the customer service and availability of the merchandise in the store! All of the associates at the time were very friendly and helpful.

Imani and her coworker were extremely nice and knowledgeable when different costumers came in and had questions.

I was greeted by Sheree as soon as I entered. She informed that someone would be with me as soon as possible. Hand sanitizer was available as soon as I entered the store. Sheree sanitized her station before escorting me over to her work area.

THE QUALITY OF JEWELRY IS AWWSOME..I LOVE EVERYTHING I HAVE FROM PANDORA...
