I was very highly satisfied with my visit to the Pandora store on 16th and Walnut street. That sales associate Imani was more than helpful. She helped me exchange a bangle i bought for my sister with another bracelet. She showed me how to open and adjust the bracelet then let me do it myself. Imani also measured my fingers so I can purchase rings for myself from Pandora. I had had a GREAT welcoming first-time experience at Pandora today. Thank you Imani!
