I brought my niece a bracelet and charm however the bracelet was to little so we need to do an exchange however I did not have my receipt but the manager Terresi remembered exactly who I was and found my purchase through my email that just warmed my heart and made me feel like family instead of a customer

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me with filling a bracelet and also offered help with my damaged bracelet I have at home! Great experience!
