Great customer service and professionalism.

I purchased something online and set it to pick upin the store. When I got to the store to pick up I had to stand in the long line with others who were making a purchase. This was not good. I had already made my purchase and only wanted to pick up. I have beento other locations and there procedure was excellent. Once I got in there were only certain people who could complete my order and both were busy with other customers. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order to be completed. On the other while I waited for the correct salesperson to assist Jessica helped me. I believe that she is a new employee. She was fabulous. Although I was quite annoyed with the process she was engaging and actually sold me some items I had no intention of buying. She diverted my attention so much that I did not realize that I had waited over 20 minutes to get in the store and another 45 minutes to pick up my rginal order.

The sales associate Jessica F. Was extremely Nice and friendly She was very knowledgeable on the jewelry and she took her time with me and also recommended some things for me to purchase I LOVE Her 😍

The representative that I dealt with was very kind and knowledgeable. My wait was not long and she even did a beautiful job of gift wrapping my daughters bracelet. She seemed as though she really loves her job!!

With the pandemic I found shopping in the store safe and better than online!

My Pandora associate was highly knowledgeable, her customer service was supreme. I wish I remember her name. She was a true professional. The other two associates behind the counter as well. I will return because of the excellent service and the value price I paid! Thank you pandora.
