I was very satisfied with my in store visit. I usually purchase items online. While in the store I learned how to assemble my bracelet, which I received as a gift, and the fact that some charms do not fit every bracelet.

The people are great. The energy was welcoming. The store was well lit and spaced out. The view of the store was great l. Everything was in eye view. Don’t change a thing.

HIP Pandora was very clean and inviting. I went in to buy a charm for my daughter and had a nice selection and ended up returning the bracelet for a larger size. My sales associate Erica #197126 was fabulous. Erica was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and gave me good options for further shopping. Wow..what a gem you have in Erica at the Harlem Irving Plaza Pandora! I will be returning !!

I always shop at that store when in the city. Always so sweet nice and friendly and it’s very convenient when I need to get gifts or things for my self quickly without traveling to the mall. I love them use them all the time
