I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The sales associate was quick to help me and was able to clean my bracelets and make them look like new. I also made a purchase and the sales associates were so helpful and kind.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store. The associate (Sanai) came over to assist me quickly & I didn't have to ask. The store was not overcrowded so I didn't have to worry about social distancing. The staff also had a mask on which was comforting & they wiped down the stations after each transaction. Lastly, I told Sanai what I was looking for & that this was my 1st time in Pandora she then proceeded to break everything down. She was patient & answered all my questions. She also gave me choices, recommendations & suggestions. I hate being rushed when spending money so I appreciated Sanai's help. What started off as just browsing for one item turned into a purchase of two items. Sanai was a pleasure to do business with.

Staff very helpful. I have exchanged a two bracelet for a smaller sizes with no problem. And she sold me charm too.
