The store Associate Jessica F. (#199528)was amazing. I came in with the intention of only having my bracelet cleaned, however during the wait I started perusing. She helped me to pick out 3 additional charms during my visit and I purchased them without hesitancy.

I walked in and instantly got greeted and helped. What I came in there for the lady did a wonderful job on helping me bring my bracelet back to life. And I wasn’t really planning on getting anything but I found a beautiful necklace with the matching ear rings for my mother and she helped me out with that as well.

Terrise was patient with me while I made selctions and very knowledgeable of every piece of jewelry. And very courteous.

The sales associate was the best . Very knowledgeable very professional . She was very pleasant . She informed of the difference between the clips and the item I bought online which I thought was a spacer. Overall She made the visit very enjoyable. Will look for Niema on my next visit in July Mt Birthday month.
