This was my first time to this store. Got my first bracelet from another store. Well these ladies at the 16th n Walnut st store are Awesome. Toya has outstanding customer service. She helped me pick some more wonderful charms for my new bracelet. She’s great!!! Then the phenomenal Manager showed me how to get it off. 😂 She recommended the clasp opener. It works great. These ladies treated me special. Thank you for going the extra mile to make me feel satisfied. And when I looked around this great customer service was being conducted with the other customers by Miss Imani. I think that was her name. ( senior moment) 😆 Thanks Ladies 🌹🌹
