Every associate in the store that day was very kind and nothing short of amazing!! Very helpful and kept waiting customers alert of when they would be helped!

Even though I had a short wait time, associates acknowledged me despite them being busy. A customer feels appreciated and more likely to stay when addressed to be assisted next.
