I was greeted with Smiles...and then I was waited on right away! Toya was very knowledgeable with what I was looking for and found it for me! I got the LAST one!

It was my 50th Birthday yesterday (8/10/21) and I was excited about treating myself to another bracelet. I was greeted when I entered the store. Almost immediately helped (only because the S/A was with another customer) but let know she would be right with me. Tatiana was pleasant, knowledgeable and funny. She and the other professional staff made it an even better Birthday!🙂🎉🎊🎁🛍

Upon entering this Pandora location, I was greeted immediately by two friendly and helpful sales associates. I found them to be personable, most importantly knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. I felt that Gregg was so sweet and kind, and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I have worked in customer service for 25 years and I would rate him as a Top-notch employee to be in your high traffic, center city location. Gregg is an asset to Pandora and represents your company with the highest level of guest and Customer Service Satisfaction. A+++

The sales lady was very helpful. She explained how to set ur bracelet with the charms. She all so inspire me too get the wishbone bangles and the wishbone ring.

The customer service was very good. I called prior to visiting the store. I was showed how to use the product correctly and I even brought cleaning products for my bracelet. It was a very good experience.
