Sales Associate, Sheree, greeted us when we came into the store with a very pleasant smile. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about the different charms and helped to make suggestions based on my personality, likes and dislikes. She took her time with us and didn't rush us. She answered all our questions. She cleaned my bracelet and charms and took the time to arrange all the charms in order (as they should be instead of the way I had them). She is an asset to your company. Her co-worker was also helpful.

The sales person Terrise was professional and friendly. She had knowledge that allowed me to purchase additional charms that I was unable to purchase online. She also listened as to why I was buying the items for my family members. This enabled her to recommended charms that would complete the bracelet. All around best customer service experience I have had since the pandemic begin.
