Toya the sales associate at 16th & Walnut was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I loved how she explained everything to my best friend during her first visit as a Pandora customer. She was Outstanding!!!!❤️❤️

I came to this location to purchase a birthday gift for my younger sister and every item was in stock; the sales associate, Sheree, was very nice and knowledgeable.

At the Walnut location, the team is always so personable and welcoming. Although my associate was new, the team pitched in to help. Being able to find pieces when I was just coming to browse is always a plus.

My sales associate “Lisa” greeted me along with the rest of the associates as soon as I walked in. Lisa went above and beyond by asking what I was looking for and based on what I told her she bought some things over that I liked and purchased. Lisa’s and all of the associates had positive energy, top notch customer service that will DEFINITELY make me come back and spend more money!! It was the BEST experience yet that I’ve had in Pandora!!!!
