OMG! MG! MG! MG! I met a beautiful soul named Toya at the 16th Walnut store in Philadelphia pa. It was my first time ever in Pandora. Toya’s customer service was nostalgic. She took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. She welcomed me to the Pandora world. I was supposed to buy one thing and never return. I will be a returning customer because of Toya. She really help me decide charms, bracelet, and engraving for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I’m very thankful I met her. I will be purchasing some jewelry for myself and my mom. Thank You Toya for the good old fashioned customer service. It really goes a long way with me. See you soon!
