As soon as I walked in the associates all greeted me. Then one in particular came and asked to assist me and took me right to the items I was looking for. She even looked for sale items at different locations in the store and brought them to me. In and out in maybe 15 minutes and happy with my purchase. My niece loved her charms for her birthday.

Great customer service soon as I walked in. Professional and made sure I got what I ask for. Store very organized and clean.

Ordered online but didn’t like my choice once I got in store pickup, sales clerk did a fast and easy exchange… very happy

Sales Associate was friendly & knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Considering it was only a week after Christmas the store had a decent amount of inventory and I was able to leave with what I was looking to purchase.
