We visited 7 Pandora Stores this week looking for the Marvel ring and the store in Philadelphia (Chestnut Street) was amazing -- they were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Some of the other stores we visited were rude and one store did not let us inside when we said we were looking for the ring, the associate said she didn't think they had it in stock and shut the door!

They were professional and knowledgeable. They had what I was looking for. Sheree was extremely helpful.

First of all you feel like a Queen when you walk into the store! The sales representative greeted me as I walked in. Not only did I come in to pickup an online order but to find out how to control the movement of my charms. The sales representative sold me two clips and arranged my charms for me. Thank You Tatyana
