I went in first to look and try on and then later was able to go in and make my purchase. The associate helped me and shared how her rings are at home and helped me pick out a nice set

The associate knew exactly what charms I wanted to consider for purchase. She walked me through the engraving and kept me updated each step. Customer service was friendly and responsive

The sales associate walked me through the store and I was able to find the perfect charms for my mothers birthday gift. She helped me understand the difference charms and spacers that she’d need to make her bracelet look amazing. Everything I said I wanted she was able to find. She was sweet and kind to me, also very aware of the products I needed.

I haven't been to this store in a while, but I do love the service and everyone is very helpful.

Imani the assistant manager who helped me was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right size bracelet. She even assisted with a clip that I purchased that was not able to close once she took it off another bracelet I have. She gave me a brand new clip. She arranged the charms on my old bracelet so they wouldn’t stick anymore. I felt very valued as a customer
