Upon entering the store. I was with 2 other people. There were 4 sales associates standing around. One associate stepped forward to help us. Then I asked if someone was available to help me and my other friend. But no s.a. Said anything. Then, Brittney came over to assist me. I only know her name because it is on my receipt, she never gave it to me. Then, as I was paying for my charm Brittany looked up and said in a sarcastic tone,“where y’all from” I said Chicago and she said “umm” there was no follow up question or statement from Brittney. Then, after I left the store, Brittney felt the need to share with her coworkers the fact that I only brought 1 charm. Now I am new to the Pandora world but I have worked in customer service some years ago and I don’t think a customer should be treated in this manner!!!! I had a similar experience in your store in the outlet mall in Las Vegas. This is really something that needs to be improved on.

I called about merchandise an associate said they received a shipment in in which was a lie. Didn't have it why soever

The sale associate was very uneducated about the earrings and provided little to no assistance. When asked to see the earrings, she was impatient and rudely asked if we wanted to buy it. I was trying to observe the earring to see if it suits me but the tension she gave was overwhelming and I felt she was forcing me to buy it. It seemed as if I didn't buy the earring I woundn't be able to see it.

Sales associate was not knowledgeable about the merchandises nor understand the rules and guidelines. She was rushing to push the sales and did not allow enough time for merchandises to be observed.

I was satisfied, I was extremely satisfied as the sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable.
