I had to wait too long to get help. The person that helped me gave me the impression that I was not important. She was asking other customers if they needed help while I was waiting before they came in.

The associate was very rude and not friendly as this was my second experience with her. She made faces and did not seem interested in helping me. She was also making comments that I was sick and that wasn’t the case at all.

The necklaces are over priced for the finely chain that comes along with it

Well for one I never even went to this store that day to even receive a receipt. So I called to ask someone why did I receive a receipt and the person tells me well we are busy helping customers well ughhh I was a customer last year so therefore you should do me the favor of seeing why I received a receipt she then takes my name and then says you are not in the system so it must have been sent out by mistake oh and you weren’t charged so it’s no big dealidc if I’m charged or not how do you mix a purchase up and I’m not even in the store?

I was satisfied, I shop at Pandora often and there are hardly ever anything on sale.

You need more staff but even when I went back for the 4th time to get 2 charms for my wife’s birthday there were 3 sales people and one other customer ahead of me but it took a while before they waited on me and it was like I was a bother

Customer Service was the worst . Employees had attitudes and the wait time in the store.
