Sales person really made me feel uncomfortable. She was snatching the charms out of my hand. Didn't offer me a bag assume I wanted to wear it out on my bracelet. Really felt like I wasn't spending enough money for her. Thanks for this survey

2 of the ladies working there had nasty attitudes. They did replace the charm but they both had bad attitudes. I don't think I will be going back to that store. They seemed like they didn't want to help me.

The women who carried out of purchase was very rude. She started the encounter by asking me “what do you want?” That is no way to talk to a customer. After I told her which charms I would like to purchase, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to help other customers before checking me out. Then she did not know the names of the charms so I had to wait 20 minutes for her to look them up in the catalog. She did not thank me for my purchase or anything. She’s unprofessional and I will never be returning to this store. Get rid of this employee because you will lose business.

The store was chaotic. There was no organization. Employees were arguing in front of customers. I was At the register to purchase and was asked “do you need something” and this was because the employee who was ringing people up walked away.

I placed an order with order number PND13123378 and went to pick it up in store on 12/2. I received an e-mail the day before letting me know I had 24 hours to pick up my purchase and so when I went in person to pick it up, you can imagine my surprise when I was told my order was cancelled and I would have to make a separate purchase of full price items. I spoke to customer service on the phone multiple times today with all of them informing me that my order still noted "ready for pickup" and none of them could explain why I was told my order was cancelled and had to pay full price. Not only that, but when I called the store back (on the recommendation of the customer service associate), I was told that my the item was not in their queue and that there was nothing they could do. I think it's very misleading and unfair that I was told I still had 24 hours to pick up my purchase and then blindsided in store and told I would have to make a completely new purchase because mine had been cancelled. Not to mention, I never received an e-mail from Pandora saying my order was cancelled at all. I'm extremely disappointed in this situation, and I expected better from Pandora.

Sale Associate was very rude and she was raising her voice at me. I also watched as she was yelling and arguing with a customer before me. Also, she was arguing with me as well. I told her I wasn’t a child. She refused to help me and I told her she can’t refuse to assist me. This all took place at the Pandora Walnut Street store. I will never return there.

the person that handled me was very rude . i think her name was sheree. she was very short with me trying to rush my purchase . didn’t tell me about the promo i overheard it from another sales associate that was working with someone while fitting me for a bracelet she got an attitude because i preferred the 19 over the 18 . shook her hear and took it off saying it was going to wear soon because it was too big . saying she shouldn’t be able to fit 3 fingers under the bracelet . being rough on my arm while showing me . she was like tugging at the bracelet . i had wanted the bigger one because it went for me i was going to gift it . so i know the person my sister is bigger than me which is why i wanted the 19 either way she should’ve been respectful of my decision. she was super rude i didn’t want to spend my money there at all . just snappy for no reason like why are you looking at those isn’t this the charm you said you wanted ? like … okay is it alright for me to look around . if it wasn’t my step mom bday i would’ve went els where but i didn’t have the time

Sales associate put another customer ahead of me when I was first also she over cleaned my jewelry which left more tarnish I had to wait a half hour after she put customer ahead of me so I left with yellowish jewelry went home cleaned it myself

I purchased My order online and they giving to someone else saying it was me that pick it up. And they didn’t have the same charm I want it and have to purchased another one more expensive which I don’t mind the price but I asked the associate to give me the same discount I had online and she didn’t.... Also catching an attitude and trying to forced me to get something I didn’t want.

The associate was very rude . She wasn’t helpful at all and acted as if she didn’t have and knowledge of your products. In my years of shopping with your company I have never experienced anything like that
