The lead sales person was very nonchalant. I felt as if she wanted me to have already known what it was that I wanted so she could make a sale and move on. I Will most likely visit another Pandora just not the one downtown pa .

The store use to have chairs to sit on while waiting for your turn to shop. I am handicap and use to sit in between shopping and checking out. I recently noticed they took the chairs away. This is a big inconvenience. This makes me not wanting to return to this store.

The store was over crowded, sold out of all the charms I wanted to perchance. There was a 30minute wait and the store was very hot. To add if you needed multiple bags for different gifts I was told the manager said only one gift bag per guest because they were short on bags. When asked if I could speak to her she was unavailable.

I let the persin know i was on a time limit and for that reason because it took longer then the time i left the store with out thr item i wanted had to go somewhere else

I was given a book left alone and told to go thru it and let the associate know once i find anything i like After my purchase i asked for a gift recipt i was told too late I asked for a bag that would not so revealing as to what i have i was told not availebe

The two ladies working the store on 1/20/18 we more concerned with their own conversation than helping me. I had to ask them if they would help me. One girl continued to do her hair while the other came over to my daughter and I. It was my daughters bday. It was early. I was not dressed for the day so maybe they thought I didn’t have money to purchase anything. My experience was just negative from both sales women in the store. I will not be returning to that location.

I went in to purchase additional charms and exchange a charm. The manager claimed that they could not ring up the sale so I could use a previous earned survey coupon. Unfortunately the franchise set-up of the Pandora stores makes returns difficult leading to unhappy customers. I likely made my last Pandora purchase.

The sales associate wasn’t very helpful. She also excused herself in the middle of helping me to use the bathroom. Another associate had to step in. Unprofessional.

The price is store was different than what was advertised as the "in store only" price on the website. Associate couldn't or wouldn't honor the price online. Item, which was a gift set, did not come with advertised gift box. I ended up paying approx. $20 more than advertised

The staff is not friendly. The staff seems to be angry when it's a defect with merchandise. They give you a hard time.
