I checked on line for the availability of the item I was interested in. It gave me a list of 6 stores. I went to the one that was most convenient to me (Fashion District) and waited in line for over an hour and 15 minutes only to be told that location didn’t have any. The manager told me she would contact a near-by store and have them hold 2 items for.. no offer for the time wasted waiting in line.

One of sales helper was spraying me with cleaning windex or whatever she was using did not wait until I was finished from the area also the sales person couldn't find any of the charms I wanted very limited. On items there should be a gift giving after a purchase because you have to buy so many pieces also. Something appropriate

The sales associate told me that the item I purchased was not on sale ,however it was and she charged me full price $55 when it was $27.50...I mentioned the sale she said there wasn't one at this store, when clearly it was

I was acknowledged when I walked into the store, but quickly forgotten. Three associates, three customers, but one customer was on her way out. I stood patiently waiting. Finally I was addressed after waiting again, only to wait some more. It wasn’t busy or crowded, so I’m not exactly sure why a 10 minute transaction took over 40 to get assistance.

Came in for the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. Every item I asked to see but for one was unavailable. And despite being on display, the new items were not included in the buy 2 get 1 promotion. So in essence everything I wanted to purchase was either not in stock or not included in the promotion. And at one point I asked if a particular necklace that was on display in Rose was available in plain silver. The associate went to check but never reported back. Associates were very intent on sorting jewelry in plastic bins and didn't care about me being there.

As i walked into the store the a worker whose name is SylviaT no.105245 on the receipt didn't acknowledge me , i felt as if she was discriminatory against me and another guy who came into the store and spoke to her. She didn't really check for anything i asked her to check for she told me that the stuff i asked for was sold out with out even checking it first. I always go in this store and i spend a lot of money in this store and i don't appreciate this treatment. Any other time i go in here i'm always greeted and treated kind .

I tried to purchase 2 charms online. My selection was labeled "check this store location for availability" but there was no answer when I called. I went into the store to find that my selection was not available at this location, and others selections were not available. I would have went to another location but out of the 6-10 employees that were at this location, no one answered the phone.

I enter the Philadelphia location... I was not read it deal with three sales associates no one said hello no one said hi so I patiently waited for someone to acknowledge me no one ever did more customers and did the store and they were greeted I was not when I entered the store all three sales associates were currently helping customers so I didn't make a big deal but when the next customer came in and eggs who was next I nicely told her I don't know if I'm next or not because no one acknowledges me no one said hello you nothing they were so rude
