The person who took care of me was rude and she was rushing to get rid of me . I wanted to buy more things and she kept trying to rush me. I couldnt even shop. When I asked about a ring I wanted she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. I didnt even get the ring I wanted . I spend alot with Pandora and this wasnt necessary at all especially on my lunch break .

My charms are expensive nd they are all breaking or bending nd it nothing they can do about. Two of my bracelets popped and nothing they can do. But will take all your money.

The amount of salespeople in the store did not sufficiently cover the amount of business in the store.

The sales associate was disinvited I had to ask her about dipping the you already at work because the other sounds Associated it but she did not she put my stuff in the box Slappy and the wrong way when the person birthday it was open it they had trouble figuring out what it was because it was on the wrong side flipped upside down

I purchased a ring yesterday in your Philadelphia store and not even 4 hrs after wearing the ring, two of the stones fell out. I will be returning it today.

The sales rep was very rude. She needs to improve on her customer service skills.

The sales associate Jessica, was a little to pushy for me. When asked was I a Pandora loyalty member she didn’t explain she was running my credit for a credit card. Also, was pushy about me not wearing my bracelets.

My bracelet and charms were discolored and did not clean well one bangle was still tarnished and some of the charms

I went in to buy my husband a leather bracelet. The associate was rude. Didn't know anything and acted like she didn't want to help me. I left upset. I love pandora but this set me away.

The sales associate was not very knowledgeable. I asked her to wrap my three charms separately and she acted as if it was a problem. She dropped my charms on the floor knocking them over.
