Employees were loudly complaining about the amount of guests in the store. While I was shopping only three guests had visited. It seemed like they weren't expecting or wishing they would have guests to take care of. I felt uncomfortable and like a nuisances stopping in to purchase a gift.

The seller had a bad presentation, he didn’t have a lot of knowledge of the merchandise, I already knew what I wanted so I just asked about it and he was so slow. Also it was a special sale and he didn’t tell me about it. Horrible experience, and the others girls in the store didn’t help him they were completely unselfish

The sales associate wasn't speaking clearly at the register and was trying to fast talk me to get the store credit card. She made it seem like a reward card then when I realized it was a credit card, I told her I wasn't interested and her customer service went down the drain.
