I waited 45 minutes and no associate was available. I left & only returned because Imani was excellent with assisting me 3 days prior & knew exactly what I wanted therefore I did not have to explain to another associate.

I made a purchase twice in the last 30 days. The sales people assisted but were tone deaf to what I was communicating. It was a bit disappointing.

The manager was having a conversation on the phone I wasn’t feeling her attitude or vibe I feel like she wasn’t being helpful to the customers her over all attorney is what had me

Overall I was satisfied with my purchase only because I knew what I wanted to purchase before I went in to the store to but it so the process was fast and efficient. However I wasn’t really satisfied with the help of the store associate. She was lack luster and didn’t have any enthusiasm or happy energy at all. It was a bit off putting.

The sales was not friendly and was not willing to help. Not professional enough and did not know about the product and the price. Too lazy to count the discount price for the customer too. BAD service

I understand its the holiday season, but the store in Center City Philadelphia only had 3 associates working during lunch hours (12 - 2). Also the store was crowded and it was overwhelming for the associates to know who the next customer was. Maybe you should have a number system.

The store is very small and it was very crowded making it difficult to navigate. One sales person was going back and forth between multiple customers and took too long to find what I wanted. The sales person did not have a great attitude nor did the sales person have any type of positivity.

The staff wasn't super friendly. The gal who helped us couldn't answer our questions and she was mediocre.

The sales associate had a bad attitude. She was very unpleasant and unfriendly. The bracelet size I needed was unavailable

Some of the workers were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help us. They also seemed rude once we walked into the store acting like we weren’t costumers. they didn’t want to help me find what I actually wanted.
