Although there were many sales representatives in the store only two came to help which made my pick up service extremely slow. Once someone began helping she was knowledgeable about merchandise but not very knowledgeable about how use the system. It took a very very long time to get problem resolved. I was not satisfied and probably won't return to that store.

I stopped by the store for three reasons. 1 clean my bracelet and charms; get an exchange for my less than 6 months charm and last buy few items... My bracelet looks like went in and out the cleaning water charms doesn't even look any different. My broken charm she said Pandora changed their China supplier so the warranty is gone... I mean what does your client have to do with it... otherwise I bought what I was looking for...

Only can deal with the manager. She's the only one that knows her store. Plus she wears lots of Pandora jewelry. Which is very noticeable...

The manager Teresa was very rude and addressed the nice sales associate that was helping me with my purchase very rudely.She was hollering her name from like 20 feet away.

There were 4 sales associates 2 were helping customers 1was moving things in a display and the other was wiping counters. I waited 10 minutes before I was helped from someone in the back to come out but with her I felt rushed. She didn't show me more charms I could have purchased for my bracelet. I exchanged my items ,paid the difference and left.

I had to pay for parking 6dollars, was in the store 1half hour, got the bracelet I wanted, Was not asked the size or anything, I asummed she new the size, because it was a exchange, she just put one in the bag an gave it to me, it is very small, now I have to go back, pay 6dollars to park again today, to exchange it. SO DISAPPOINTED

Most of the items I was interested in purchasing were not available. The store needs a bigger variety of items and should keep the amount of items available up to date on the website. But the sales associate was helpful and ordered some of the items I wanted from the Pandora website.
