The bracelet I wanted was out of stock and they can't order a bracelet for me. I would have to wait until it came into the store again. I've had this same problem before.

It was normal. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I was not satisfied because one of my charms that I had bought was not included in my bag, but everything else was in my bag so I am not too unsatisfied.

The sales associate seemed more interested in his personal text messages/phone than in answering my questions. Checkout process very slow and distractive, he took my payment and stepped away from the register without giving me my item nor receipt. I had to ask if I could grab my bag and be ready to go. He should be a little more attentive for customers rather than his personal cellphone.

The sales associate was not very friendly. In the past, even if the store was busy, the associate would engage me in conversation and I’d usually buy more merchandise. This associate seemed very tired and disinterested in making a sale.
