Holiday times one would think that there would be specials or even items on clearance or on sale. Nothing available, I made all my purchases and looked them up on line and requested that they be put on hold, which they were. They didn't have my email from previous purchases.

The sales associate did not know the prices of the items I picked up for my mother when asked nor did she know where to locate the items. She was also only interested in selling me another Pandora bracelet for myself.

The store is nice and the staff were friendly. But it’s the lack of parking and the location, I would visit a mall rather than center city! And the prices are high for some charms.

Some parts of my bracelet are turning and I wanted to inquire about the issue. I came into the store and waited 5-10 minutes before I was assisted. None of the associates acknowledged me. They’d just look at me and keep assisting other customers. I had to walk directly up to someone before I was greeted. She was the store manager. When I showed her the issue I was having she first claimed that she “didn’t see what I was talking about” but eventually did acknowledge the color change and said the bracelet was “tarnished” from me wearing it all the time. Although I understand that wearing the bracelet constantly will cause it to lose its luster over time, no piece of sterling silver jewelry that I’ve ever owned turned A ROSY PINK in its crevices. She reassured me that it was sterling silver and suggested that I get it cleaned and told me it would take ten minutes. So I waited, occupied with a phone call before realizing that literally 45 minutes had gone by. The manager noticed me trying to get her attention and asked someone to retrieve the bracelet. There was no apology for the long wait. I was in the store for an hour just for a mediocre cleaning that did not fix the issue.

The hours of business. Sunday hours aren't to good. Also most staff don't wear enough of Pandora. I'm in more Pandora than staff. I can touch on a few more topics but I won't.
