I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience on this visit because there were only two sales associates working and there were many customers who were waiting for assistance. I did not feel as though I could take my time on viewing items and making my decision on what to purchase. I made a purchase and three days later made an exchange, due to my previous experience. However, I will return to this location to make purchases.

This is one of the store I shop at. The supervisor at Walnut St is super. She's very knowledgeable.

Basically went in to make a purchase but i guess i was judged on my appearance..the sales associate seemed surprised to know that i was a cardholder...needless to say after that her whole tone changed.

I was not highly satisfied because the size I needed was not available. Also the ring that I did purchase is beautiful but I feel slightly over priced.

The Pandora staff person moved very slow and there wasn’t a high volume of people in the store, and I had to wait at least 5 minutes before I was even helped.

The location.. Its hard to park at near and or around the store

It took 50 minutes to check out, because the tablet register froze or something and it took for them to attempt to void out the transaction for it to go through.

The store did not open on time for some reason. When the store did open there was a line of people waiting which made the store crowded. Which made our checkout time a bit longer.
