The associate was friendly but also seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was expecting the visit to be more fun since it was my first time in a Pandora store.

Whenever I go in I find what I am looking for.The store personal are very friendly and courteous.

I was satisfied, the selection was slim. Tatyana was helpful, funny, and knowleagable. I will definitely return to that location.

I waited in the store for about 20 min before anyone told me there was a waiting list. Then the associate that helped me complained about her headache more than the merchandise

It is the holiday season and there were not enough associates to assist the customers in a timely manner. The wait time was unacceptable

The experience at this Pandora on Walnut St was not like the experience I received from the Pandora in King of Pressia. I also felt a little rushed by the sales associate in selecting pieces. At the King of Pressia store I was treated like a star. Although the sales associate at this location was professional, the friendliness was less than 100% and I am such a sweet respectable person.

First, Pandora should offer platinum earings which will be more popular. Second, salesmen should give more information on the size selection. For instance, the salewoman suggested selecting the ring which could smoothly pass my finger knuckle. However, the ring actually kept moving back and forth on my finger. So, I had to exchange for a smaller sized one.

The Happy Anniversary charm I was initially looking for was not in stock.

Not much of availability of the products there every time I was there. Seem like not everything online are in store plus you can't order from in store anymore
