I was satisfied with the associate as well the knowledge of the store associate. I would not rate my visit highly satisfied due to having to wait for an associate to assist me and my daughter.

There were only two saleswoman and I had to wait half hour to be waited on. I was on my lunch break and the wait consumed my whole lunch break

What i initially came to the store For was not in stock but said it was so that was a bummer because I ended spending more money but it’s for my now eleven year olds daughter bday so it was worth it

The clerk was jumping from one customer to another and hadto go to the book for merchandise and when I went to make a purchase the clerk informed me that she could not accept my pandora credit she said that the store was not equipped to take the card so she suggested I buy a gift card with the credit card which I did but did not understand the difference and she was one of the managers her name is Terrise. I tried to wait for the other manager her name I think is Andrea she knows her stuff next time I will go early to let her wait on me because when I was looking for your purple butterfly and the store was out Terrise never mention going on line but Andrea did she was very helping she is a keeper.

It was noisy and filled with school kids, when I arrived. The first store associate I encountered was rude. But the store associate who handled my return was professional and nice. As I was leaving I spoke with the store manager who was very nice and suggested that I sign up to receive store promotions.

It was busy the sign in on the iPad, the iPad died. Seems like a busy time like Mother’s Day this should not have happened

I went in to purchase the Mother's Day Gift item which also came with a promotional bangle. Unfortunately, they were only down to one size, which ended up being too small for the recipient, and there were no other options.
