Too few sales people for the amount of people in the store. No sense of direction when entering store, just standing around hoping you get noticed to be waited on.

Sales associates were not customer service ready. I and my Son came in the store and two sales associates were helping a customer. It took a moment so we sat down and waited. After the transaction was completed with the customer, it took at least 6 mins for one of them to ask if we were being helped. I am sorry but this store is very small, and any customer coming in should be recognized. I just felt it was poor customer service. At recognize that we are there and say that they would be with us in a moment,

Unavailability of products. Having to move from one part of the store to another to see the charms with the salesgirl. That the product cant be worn in the shower since the bracelets are so difficult to take off

Liked the availability in store but the sales associates were snobby and felt as though they were looking at me weirdly due to not being super girly and feminine they were quick to check me out without looking for other available charms I was looking for. Don’t like to feel less than in store specially when I am a purchasing loyal customer.
