experience was great, however I wanted to purchase barber clipper charm or scissors and / comb you don't have those charms for sale. Maybe you can think about making those charms.

The sales associate was assisted on stating that the receipt said something else rather than the product. That I was exchanging, evening after I explained the associate who served ME was new & it was a holiday. It was a mistake on the associate side. The Manager resolved the issue. The sales associate exchanged my bracelets. SATISFACTION
