i got the bracelet that i was needed. in addition to charms to look at and clips that i needed. then i spent my paycheck on it.

The whole staff is friendly and helpful and they keep those counters clean

I felt rushed by the associate. I had visa gift cards that I wanted to use for my purchase, but the associate couldn't process the giftcards because the giftcard amount was unknown. I couldn't use my visa giftcards.

Everything was great I just like giving very high ratings because I want the individual to feel that they can always achieve more when I comes to Customer service

The customer service associate was very friendly but was unable to assist with securing my earrings that i had just purchased to make sure they wouldn't fall out of my ears.

All sales associates were either on lunch or out at the SAME time. Leaving one very slow moving person to help all the customers. That’s not good when parking in that area is timed.

I had to wait in the cold. It was very crowded inside. Everyone was very nice when I got in

The merchandise I wanted to purchase was sold out.

There was a customer in the store with her mask off. I wanted to purchase a ‘K’ charm and it was sold out.

It was a very wait long time , and I believe maybe a representative couldn't came out and maybe we could have had what we wanted when we got in the store.
