I visited Pandora for the first time on May 12, 2021. I understand Mother's Day was a huge sale season. I wanted to purchase an "initial charm." I visited again on June 5, 2021 for the second time to exchange a bracelet for "fit." This store still did not have the "initial charm." I am not sure why this store is not fully stocked.

The charms I really was interested was not in stock. The store rep stated that the charm is so on back order it has to be at least 2yrs. I was shock and truly can't believe it.

I realized it was Mother's Day but the associate who was helping me kept answering the phone while she was waiting on me. It appeared rude. I did not feel I had her undivided attention as a customer and her answering the phone made me feel rushed to make my purchase and leave.

It was Nurses day 5/6 and I was told this pandora doesn't honor nurses day only the outlets. #Essentialworker

This location is a bit small. Social distancing is a little difficult. It makes the line outside the store extremely long.

I was looking for two items they did not have.......but I was able to find at least one I wanted.I was very happy to purchase that.....
