I wasn't highly satisfied only because one item I asked for wasn't available to me. But I was satisfied with the item I purchased!

My sales person Eden was very helpful with coming up with a beautiful piece that my wife absolutely loves and Eden was very pleasant with a great personality.

I Customerservice person was very helpful and friendly

The associated was very nice and helpful

The rating system is the problem I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied on each purchase

My experience at the store location and with the associates was satisfactory. However, I was not satisfied that a charm I saw advertised on Nov. 22 in the store was never available to be sold. The charm was the sole reason I returned to the store in hopes of purchasing it.

The quality of merchandise was good, staff was friendly, and helpful. There was a good amount of space to move around in the store. No other concerns.

The associate that helped me was very kind, friendly, and helpful. A birthday discount was suppose to be applied to my order but wasn’t and ended up paying price and didn’t notice until after I was home.

I was bringing a faulty gift item I received and my friend did not give me a gift receipt. At first it wasn't going to be possible to return it and get another, I did call my friend who was unavailable. But then the associate did return it and I actually bought another due to her help. I am a previous customer of the store although I no longer live in the area and visit only occasionally now.
